The Problem

A 12-location retail chain was tracking stock across branches using a combination of Excel spreadsheets and WhatsApp messages. This led to frequent oversells, unexplained stock discrepancies, write-offs from expired inventory, and a 3-day lag before management could see accurate stock levels across the business.

What We Did

• Conducted a 2-week discovery and process mapping exercise across 3 pilot locations
• Designed a centralized inventory data model supporting multi-location, multi-SKU stock tracking
• Built a Next.js web app with real-time stock views, transfer workflows, and receive/dispatch flows
• Developed an automated reporting engine that generates branch-level and consolidated reports on demand
• Deployed on AWS with a Docker-based CI/CD pipeline for zero-downtime updates

The Problem

A network of 5 private clinics managed appointments through phone calls and a paper-based scheduling book, with patient records stored in filing cabinets. This created scheduling conflicts between doctors, compliance risks around data retention, and no ability to see patient history at point of care.

What We Did

• Mapped existing clinic workflows and identified 3 core system requirements: scheduling, records, and billing integration
• Designed a role-based access system with doctor, nurse, receptionist, and admin views
• Built a React + TypeScript portal with calendar-based appointment scheduling and conflict detection
• Implemented a structured patient records module with full audit logging for regulatory compliance
• Integrated with the clinic's existing billing software via REST API

The Problem

A mid-size logistics company with 300+ employees was running its entire HR function — attendance, leave, payroll calculations, and headcount reporting — in a complex set of Excel files maintained by two HR staff. Payroll errors occurred monthly, headcount reports took 2 days to prepare, and there was no self-service layer for employees.

What We Did

• Ran a discovery workshop with HR, finance, and operations to align on the minimal viable HR system
• Modeled the payroll calculation logic from existing Excel formulas into a validated database-backed engine
• Built an internal dashboard with attendance tracking, leave management, and automated payroll run generation
• Created employee self-service views for leave requests, payslip downloads, and personal details
• Delivered an executive headcount dashboard with department-level breakdown and trend charts
